Sydney Maynard is a California-raised journalist. She moved to New York for school and vows to live there for as long as possible. She is double majoring in journalism and media, culture and communication, and hopes to obtain her master’s in political communication. She studied for a semester in Florence, Italy and wrote for a program called La Pietra Dialogues. She likes to visit art museums in her free time and can often be found with a notebook, book and cup of coffee.
